    Most cleaning services are completed within 3–5 business days, and restorations take 10–20 business days. Express options are available for an additional fee:


    • Same-day cleaning: Drop off before 10am, collect at 4pm the same day.

    • Next-day cleaning: Drop off before 3pm, collect at 3pm the following day.

    • Express restoration: Completed in 4 working days, subject to slot availability and the technical complexity of the restoration.

    No matter the brand, we clean it all. From leather and suede to nubuck, canvas, and mixed materials, our expert team applies specialized techniques tailored to each surface for the best possible results.

    We don’t currently offer pickup or delivery, but getting your sneakers to us is simple. Drop them off at our Woodmead location, or book online and send them in — via Uber if you’re in Johannesburg, or your preferred national courier if you’re further afield.
